Description
The Valve Lockout Device prevents unauthorized operation of selected valves while vessel piping systems are isolated for maintenance. Adjustable, gate-valve, ball-valve and butterfly-valve designs can be selected to fit different handles and handwheel sizes. Durable polymer or metal construction supports engine-room, deck and cargo-system use. Valve type, handle dimensions, lockout position, environmental exposure and padlock-hole size must be checked to ensure secure fitting within the vessel lockout procedure.
