Description
PTFE Packing is designed for stuffing boxes where chemical resistance, clean operation and low friction are required. Braided PTFE fibres provide dependable sealing on pumps, valves and process equipment handling water, chemicals and selected aggressive fluids. Lubricated, dry, expanded and graphite-filled grades can be supplied to suit different shaft speeds and pressures. Packing cross-section, construction and operating limits must be matched with the medium, equipment design and vessel maintenance procedures.
