Description
The Nautical Chart Pencil is selected for precise, erasable markings on marine paper charts used during passage planning and bridge watchkeeping. Consistent graphite helps navigators draw fine course lines, mark positions and record temporary notes without damaging the chart surface. Standard wooden, mechanical and coloured plotting pencils can be supplied with suitable hardness grades. Pencil type, lead hardness, line colour, diameter, eraser compatibility, sharpener and pack quantity should suit the vessel’s chartwork procedure.
