Description
The Marine Underwater Hull Coating provides a protective barrier between prepared hull steel and seawater in immersed service. High-build epoxy and abrasion-resistant grades can be used as part of a complete underwater system beneath compatible antifouling paint. The coating supports newbuilding, dry-dock maintenance and repaired areas around the flat bottom, boot top and underwater sides. Surface preparation, stripe coating, film thickness, immersion resistance, cathodic-protection compatibility, overcoating interval and antifouling compatibility must follow the approved scheme.
