Description
The Marine Rust Remover is used to dissolve, loosen or chemically convert rust on compatible ferrous surfaces during vessel maintenance. Acid-based removers and conversion products serve different purposes and must be selected according to the required finish and following coating system. The product can support treatment of tools, fittings, small steel parts and localized corrosion after loose scale is removed. Concentration, contact time, neutralization, rinsing, substrate compatibility, ventilation, PPE and waste handling must follow the product data sheet.
