Description
The Marine Rigging Turnbuckle provides adjustable tension between wire ropes, rods, stays and selected securing assemblies aboard commercial vessels. Rotating the central body draws the left- and right-hand threaded ends together or apart without twisting the connected line. Open-body and closed-body patterns are available with eye, jaw, hook or threaded terminals. Body size, take-up range, end fittings, working load limit, thread type, material, finish, locking method, proof test, certificate and resistance to vibration must match the rigging design.
