Description
The Marine Polyurethane Topcoat provides a hard, weather-resistant finish for exterior vessel surfaces requiring durable colour and gloss. Two-component aliphatic polyurethane grades are commonly applied over compatible epoxy intermediate coats on superstructures, deckhouses, hull sides and exposed equipment. The coating offers improved ultraviolet resistance compared with many conventional finishes. Colour, gloss level, mixing ratio, pot life, film thickness, thinner, application method, recoating interval and epoxy-primer compatibility must follow the approved system.
