Description
The Marine Chain Block provides manual lifting and positioning of machinery, valves, pumps, stores and cargo where powered hoists are unavailable or unnecessary. Pulling the hand chain drives the geared mechanism and raises the load on the calibrated load chain. Models with overload protection, corrosion-resistant finishes and low-headroom designs can suit marine work areas. Rated capacity, lifting height, hand-chain length, load-chain grade, hook opening, brake, headroom, proof test, certificate, inspection and intended suspension point must match the lifting plan.
