Description
The Marine Alkaline Cleaner removes grease, oils, soot and organic contamination from compatible shipboard surfaces. Concentrated liquid and powder grades may be used by spraying, foaming, brushing, soaking or pressure washing depending on the cleaning task. Strong alkalinity can affect aluminium, zinc, paint and sensitive materials, so compatibility testing is essential. Dilution, temperature, contact time, agitation, rinsing, ventilation, PPE, wastewater collection and disposal must follow the SDS and vessel cleaning procedure.
