Description
Liquid Gasket Sealant forms an in-place seal between mating metal surfaces on flanges, covers, gear housings and machinery assemblies aboard commercial vessels. Anaerobic or RTV formulations fill surface imperfections and help prevent leakage of oil, water and selected fluids when properly applied. Flexible and rigid-flange grades are available for different joint designs. Sealant chemistry, gap size, temperature, curing method and service-medium compatibility must match the equipment manufacturer’s requirements.
