Description
The Industrial Sound Level Meter measures sound-pressure level during vessel noise surveys, machinery checks and workplace exposure assessments. Instruments can provide A and C frequency weighting, fast and slow response, maximum hold and data logging depending on model. A windscreen reduces airflow effects around the microphone. Measurement range, accuracy class, frequency range, time weighting, logging interval, display, microphone, calibrator compatibility, battery, tripod mount and calibration certificate must suit the survey method and occupational-noise programme.
