Description
The Container Twist Lock secures an ISO freight container through its corner casting to a compatible ship foundation, trailer chassis or securing arrangement. Manual models are locked and released by operating the handle after correct positioning. Fixed, loose and bottom or intermediate designs serve different container locations. Locking direction, installation position, working load, breaking load, material, handle orientation, corrosion protection, dimensions, inspection markings and compatibility with the vessel’s approved lashing system must be verified.
